The Property
Situated in a quiet street, just 2 blocks from the Promenade des Anglais and close to the famous Negresco Hotel, our stunning apartment is convenient to the shops, restaurants and beaches of Nice, the glorious captial of the French Riviera. Located on the rue Marechal Joffre, in the famed Carre d'Or, a supermarket is just minutes away and there are also several bakeries close by for your morning croissant. The lively Pedestrian area with numerous bars and restaurants is close yet not too close to disturb a good night's sleep and the well known beaches of the Promenade des Anglais are also nearby. There is on street parking outside the building should you have a car and there is a plentiful bus service passing the door and the tram system is nearby. A 10 minute walk brings you into the centre of Nice - a shoppers heaven - designer stores abound for some serious window shopping. Nice Cote d'Azur airport is a short bus ride away and the station which opens up the whole of the Cote d'Azur is within walking distance. Our aprtment is casually furnished and the entry phone system ensures security.It is airconditioned and centrally heated. it consists of an entry foyer leading to an open plan kitchen, lounge and dining area. there is a separate bedroom and full bathroom. The living area has french windows, woodblock floors and a sunny southern aspect. It is furnished with a sofa bed, armchairs, table and chairs, TV, Dvd Player and stereo system. The kitchen, has a fridge, 4 ring electric hob, sink, wasghing machine and grill/oven. All china, cutlery, glassware and utensils are provided. The living area is airconditioned and centrally heated The entry foyer has a large closet for storage. The bathroom is a full bathroom, with bath, overbath shower, basin, bidet and wc. All towels are provided The bedoom has french windows which lead on to a balcony which is furnished with table and chairs. The twin beds in the bedroom can be converted to a superkingsize bed - please let us know in advance what you require. All bedlinen is provided and is freshly laundered between guests. There is ample storage in the bedroom with a massive wardrobe. if you require an early wake up there is a clock radio in the bedroom. The bedroom is also airconditioned and centrally heated |

Nice Cote d’Azur Airport is only 10 minutes by bus and the new tram system in Nice makes the whole area very accessible. |
