This is a charming large studio located along the world renowned Promenade des Anglais. This prestigous Art Deco building is south-facing, secure and has direct access to the Promenade which is a perpetual hive of activity.
It would suit a couple, or more if good friends, as it's not a completely private space.
The living room is cozy with a large sofa and leads out onto the balcony which has a dining table for four and sea views.
The first bedroom is cleverly located just off the living room and sleeps two people, it has a wall to wall curtain separating it.

The second bedroom is a cheery twin room which would be ideal for two young children. There is an opening to the living room, but it nonetheless is quite private.
The kitchen is simple but fully functional and all tableware and kitchen utensils are provided. The bathroom is beautifully tiled and has a large shower.
There is an abundance of nearby cafés, bars and restaurants and you will quite literally be spoiled for choice. The Promenade attracts fit joggers and cyclists, beach-goers trying to perfect their Mediterranean tans, famillies having picnics, tourists admiring the panoramic views and locals having a late night meal or a midnight stroll along the beaches. There is something for everyone to enjoy!
This is a superb location in the heart of Nice, just a fifteen minute stroll to the beautiful Old Town and Nice Port and an enjoyable thirty minute drive to the chic Principality of Monaco.
