This lovely 6th floor apartment has some of the best views on the Riviera. The lovely Bay of Angels fills the apartment with the wonderful Azur blue that the Cote d'Azur is so famous for.
The apartment is very well fitted out and is perfect for two, but can comfortably accommodate up to four.
It is just slightly away from the main city centre and you can easily walk along the Promenade des Anglais by the sea or get a bus outside the door to get to the hustle and bustle of this beautiful Mediterranean city in a few minutes.
It is very nicely furnished with good quality fixtures and fittings, like the living room sofa, which is a fold out futon in case there are four guests.
Full height French glass doors open out from the living room onto the balcony, where you really can while away many many hours watching the world go by with a bottle or two of Cote de Provence wine - one of the most pleasant activities on the Rivera.

The kitchen is well equipped and comes with marble counter tops, and all the appliances you will need, including a washing machine.
This apartment is exceptionally good value for four, it has the sea view that is so important, the terrace to relax on and excellent transport links to everywhere.
If it's the peak of the hot summer - there is air conditioning and of course a broadband internet connection.
