The apartment is located on the 4th floor of a beautiful belle époque building with a lift. It boasts incredible sea views from the balcony, living room, dining room and master bedroom.

The apartment is located to the west of Nice city centre on the beach-lined Promenade des Anglais.

At the doorstep of the building is a bus stop, and services run regularly to Antibes, Cannes and along the coast, should you wish to explore the rest of the French Riviera.

Similarly, buses on avenue de le Californie offer regular services into the city centre at a cost of just 1€.

Surrounding the apartment are plenty of supermarkets, typical French bakeries and produce stores.

The beach is just a stones throw away, and guests can enjoy a less crowded environment than that of the busy centre. There are also private beaches available with sun beds at around 15€ a day.

A leisurely stroll along the promenade will bring you into the centre of Nice in about 30-minutes. By car, the trip takes about 8 minutes.

The living room is stylishly furnished, with a sofa and armchairs, as well as a television and DVD player for entertainment. Large French doors provide plenty of natural light and refreshing sea breezes, while maximising the views.

There is an elegant dining area situated next to double French doors, with seating for up to 6 guests.

The kitchen is very well appointed and includes a full gas oven and stove, dishwasher and large refrigerator. The washing machine is also located here.

The master bedroom looks out past the palm trees and on to the sea. It is furnished with a double bed and fitted cupboards, and features an en suite shower room.

The second bedroom can sleep up to 3 guests, with a double bed and single bed provided.

The first bathroom is a good size with a nice bath tub with a shower attachment and a large washbasin with storage underneath and a mounted mirror above. There is also a clothes line in this bathroom.

The second bathroom is an ensuite bathroom which is slightly more moder featuring a shower with dual shower heads.
