This petite, modern studio apartment has everything you need for a short stay in Nice. It is located in a typical old town building in the heart of Nice, at the centre of all the restaurants, bars and local produce stores. It is also just minutes from the bustling Cours Saleya, and the beautiful long stretch of beaches along the coast.
The apartment is beautifully finished with modern, stylish furniture. It features a double sofa bed and LCD television with satellite channels (in English). The window opens onto the street below, giving you the sense that you are very central. The apartment is however surprisingly quiet for its location.
The kitchen is well equipped and you can easily rustle up a meal, thanks to the ceramic hob. The bathroom is tasteful and features a power shower and WC.
The apartment is ideally located in the centre of Nice old town. It is situated on the fourth floor of a typical Niçois building, without a lift.
Everything is at your doorstep. The sun-filled Cours Saleya is a few metres away - the bustling hub of the old town home to the famous flower market, the Monday antique market and many restaurants and bars. Just beyond that are the beaches, both public and private, with their own restaurants.
Located all around the apartment are bakeries, boutique fashion stores, and local produce retailers. The main shopping strip is on Jean Médecin, easily accessible by foot or via the regular tram service, which also takes you the tram station, a short 10-minute trip away.
