The first floor contains a large open-plan living room with two wide porte-fenêtre doors that open onto the balcony with a sea view. The dining room is also located on the first floor as well as the charming, fully equipped kitchen that features a wall of windows that let in plenty of natural light and there is a curved counter bar with stools for entertaining your guests or grabbing a quick meal.
The bright, spacious master bedroom is located on the ground floor and provides a lovely en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and vanity unit, ideal for a bit of relaxation after a long day of sightseeing. The room also features a large double bed, fitted wardrobes with full-length mirrors, and an access to a private terrace. The terrace does not provide a sea view yet it is a enjoyable little luxury that allows you to breathe in the fresh sea air right as you step out of bed. There is also a separate W.C. on this floor for your convenience.
Two beautiful double bedrooms are located on the lower floor of the house, on the basement level, and both contain double beds and fitted wardrobes. This floor also provides a shower room, separate W.C. and a laundry room equipped with both a washer and dryer.

The animated Old Town is only a few steps from your door, and the lovely Nice Port is just a short walk away where you can admire the elegant yachts and fishing boats that line the bay.
Visit the famous Matisse Museum for a day or the Contemporary Art Museum, located a ten-minute walk from the house.
