This newly renovated property comprises 6 bedrooms and sleeps a total of twelve guests. Situated in the picturesque village of La Colle sur Loup, it is ideally located for leisurely exploration of the authentic French lifestyle and culture through visiting the nearby vineyards or stopping into the local shops and restaurants the village has to offer.
South-facing terraces boasting panoramic sea views overlook a large landscaped garden containing an oval shaped swimming pool which is fenced for increased child security. The property also has a trampoline with added safety features. A luxurious pool house with a plush dining area contains a charcoal BBQ to cater for outdoor banquets and several exceptional sun loungers are also included. The property is gated for increased privacy and security.
The interior was designed by a renowned local interior designer and each room is furnished and decorated to a very high standard. While modern design features throughout the villa, there is a delicate balance between the contemporary and the classic with most rooms containing characteristics of both.
