Expanding over two floors, the bright and sunny property provides every visitor with comfort and warmth. Situated on the Côte d’Or, within easy distance to its closest village Anthéor, as well as Cannes, Théoule, Saint-Raphael, Nice or Monaco, the villa offers delightful views of the sea and the Riviera.
Anthéor is located right on the Mediterranean Sea with superb, sandy beaches as well as many small bays that are typical for this region. The village is small and calm, but ideally located near the most famous spots of the Riviera. Away from the briskness of the city, yet near enough to reach the bigger cities in as little as twenty minutes, Anthéor is the ideal base on the Côte d’Azur to explore the beauty and history of the Riviera.
The villa is decorated to a high standard and almost every room of the house has the same beautiful view over the sea and the Esterel mountains. Open and airy, the four-bedroom property exudes tranquillity and invites sunlight to fill the rooms through large windows.
Of the four bedrooms, three are located on the ground floor. Through sliding doors, one of the two terraces can be accessed from each room. The large master bedroom has been modernly furnished with a double bed and leads to an equally modern ensuite tiled bathroom and big closet. The second bedroom, spacious and allowing up to four people to sleep in the two bunk beds provided, also possesses a charming sitting area that adds a soft touch to the comfortable and warm atmosphere. The third bedroom has been equipped with a double bed and wardrobe. A second tiled bathroom with a shower is also available on the ground floor. Both bathrooms have the particularity that their floors are heated, which can be very useful during the cooler winter months.
The small, but charming fourth bedroom is situated on the top floor and has a big closet. There is also a third bathroom, equipped with a shower and decorated with a beautiful mosaic and marble floor.

Furnished with comfortable sofas, a flat screen TV and surrounded by cheerful artworks, the living room opens up to the pool area and the terrace on one side, and to the balcony on the other. Each offers a wonderful view of the mountains stretching into the sea. The elegant dining area, situated right next to the fully equipped modern kitchen, can sit up to ten people, the perfect setting for a large dinner party.
The fairly large swimming pool outside the living room can be heated and lit up during the evening, illuminating the gorgeous blue mosaic. The area surrounding the pool offers enough space for sun beds and an additional outdoor dining area, which can be enjoyed during the hot summer period with the use of the summer kitchen that has been equipped with a gas barbecue and worktop.
Electrical shutters can protect the inside from the sun, when the weather gets too hot, but they are also useful for security reasons. Due to the high drops from railings and balconies, the villa is not suited for young children or kids who climb; and the pool is also closed between the middle of November and April.
Up to nine people can sleep in this beautiful villa and admire the superb views over the sea and the mountains. The villa’s ideal location makes it easy to access beaches, visit the village markets, explore the city’s history or simply relax by the pool.
This villa has railings around at the front where there is a high drop underneath, IT IS NOT SUITABLE IF YOU HAVE CHILDREN WHO ARE LIKELY TO CLIMB.
