Cap de la Tourterelle Seaview Villa is a modern, five bedroom family villa built in 2000 with direct access to the seashore. It is located on the Côte d'Azur halfway between Cannes and St Tropez with stunning sea views towards Saint Maxime to the west and Saint Raphaël to the east. This is a stunning location with all of the key towns and villages of the French Riviera an easy drive away.
On the ground floor there is a large open-plan living and dining area, classically tiled and with modern furnishing. The living area has floor to ceiling windows and sliding doors that lead onto the terrace and pool area. There are stunning views across the Mediterranean which can be enjoyed from the comfort of the sofas in the living room or from the pool terrace. The living area also has a TV with international channels, a DVD and CD player and internet access. There is a BBQ, large dining table and chairs in the dining area and access to the side terrace, which has additional dining tables and ten chairs. The dining room has a small kitchen area with a large american sized fridge. The main kitchen is fully equipped and adjacent to the living room.
Also on the ground floor is the master ensuite bedroom, which has a king-size bed and access to the garden. The second bedroom is also ensuite, has a king-size bed and direct access to the garden. A wide marble staircase leads upstairs to the three remaining bedrooms which are located on the upper floor. The third bedroom is a double ensuite with a balcony and stunning sea views and the fourth and fifth bedrooms are both single ensuite bedrooms.

This family friendly villa has a large terrace with a 10 x 5 metre swimming pool with a child security fence and gate. In the shaded area of the garden there is a children’s playground with a toddler’s swing, a swing for young children, a small slide and a climbing rope ladder. The villa has a well kept garden with a grassy lawn and access to the sea. Please note that the villa is situated on a rocky shoreline and it is advised to wear beach shoes. There is parking for up to 4 cars within the grounds of the villa.
Enjoy an early morning coffee on the terrace as the sun rises; sunbath by the pool or on the beach during the day; cool down in the pool or take a dip in the sea and then siesta on a sun lounger in the shaded area of the terrace. Then, to complete the perfect day have an aperitif in the garden before dining al fresco. This modern villa is located in the Côte d'Azur halfway between Cannes and St Tropez, more specifically between Saint Maxime and Saint Raphaël on Cap de la Tourterelle. It is an ideal location for exploring the French Riviera being approximately 28km from St Tropez (40mins), 46km from Cannes (50 mins), 75km from Nice (60 mins) and 96km from Monaco (80 mins).
It is located directly on the seafront and less than five minutes walk to the beautiful sandy beach of Plage de la Gaillarde and the local beach café restaurant. It is a 5 minutes drive to the pretty little town of Saint Aygulf, where you will find shops, a supermarket, bakery, pharmacy and café bars. Watersports, horseriding, golf, tennis, hiking, sailing and many more activities are within 20 minutes drive of the villa.
The villa is located between the well known resort towns of St Maxime (12km) and St Raphael (25km). The bustling port of St Raphael is famous for its 36km of dramatic indented coastline with over 30 beaches, inlets and coves. There is also an 8km coastal path from Port Santa Lucia to the Baumette Point Lighthouse where you can enjoy the stunning views and see examples of black volcanic rocks that are over 230 million years old and lava masses in the shape of organ pipes. This walk is well marked and takes approximately two and a half hours and you can get the bus or train back to St Raphael. St Raphael old town, harbour and markets are worth exploring as are the museums, art galleries and cultural centre.
Alternatively, it is only a 15 minute drive to the medieval town of Fréjus, where you can explore the many examples of Roman and Gothic architecture including the Roman amphitheatre, Gothic Cathedral, Porte de Gaules aqueduct and Porté Dorée Roman bath ruins. For lovers of the countryside, Arcs Forest is nearby which is a large protected woodland with many rare plants and animals. The volcanic massif of the Esterel Mountain Range is also close by with 32,000 hectares of protected land with many walking and biking trails and a wealth of flora and fauna.
