Chateau Provence Features & Room Descriptions

This tall, striking Templar château is situated on 11 acres of land with stunning panoramic views over Lake Castillon and the rolling hills and meadows of Haute Provence. A recent addition to the château is the 7m x 14m pool equipped with sunloungers and parasols. There is also a poolside dining terrace with spectacular views over the lake and garden.

Situated near the village of Saint Andre in Haute Provence, overlooking the pristine lake of Castillon. Secluded on it's own knoll, but just 2km from the village on more than 43000sqm of land. Situated 104km from the airport of Nice.

The ground floor living room is beautifully presented. It has many traditional provençal features such as the exposed ceiling beams, antique wooden furnishings and the wooden window shutters and also has touches reminiscent of the the château's Templar history such as the torch-like wall lighting, heavy rugs, drapes and wall tapestries.

There are three living rooms in total, one on each of the levels of these four star luxury apartments. They are all beautifully appointed with spectacular views over the lake and mountains.

There are a total of six bedrooms with a maximum capacity of eighteen people over the three luxury apartments. Each rooms sleeps at least two people, has bedside tables and reading lamps, mirrors, heaters, ample storage space and views over the lake and mountains.

There is at least one large bathroom per bedroom. They have beautifully tiled floors, large bathtubs, showers, twin washbasins, large vanity mirrors, heated floors and lots of wooden features. Hairdryers are also provided.

These four star apartments would be ideally suited to three to four families. It is situated by the beautiful Lake Castillon near the town of Saint-André-les-Alpes where there are many local bars, restaurants, cafés and bakeries.

It is also within a one hour drive of the city of Nice and just over an hour to the Principality of Monaco. The château is divided into three apartments each with its own living room, kitchen, bathrooms and bedrooms.
