Villa Jardin Baie is a stunning, historical villa in a superb, waterfront location in St Raphael. Constructed in 1860 by Chapoulard, who is renowened along the Cote d'Azur for his Moorish-style architecture, the villa is one of very few listed buildings available to rent on the French Riviera. It is situated on one acre of land which comprises beautifully manicured gardens, a heated swimming pool, a jacuzzi, large waterfront pool and dining terraces and parking for many vehicles.
On the entrance level of the villa are the double living rooms, the dining room and the traditional, fully equipped kitchen. There are a total of six, individually themed bedrooms, all of which are ensuite, air-conditioned, have either sea or garden views and accommodate a total of twelve guests. The master bedroom is situated on the upper level and comprises two large rooms with uninterrupted, panoramic sea views, a private balcony and an ensuite jacuzzi bathroom.

This is a great location for anyone with an interest in sailing, scuba diving, snorkelling and kayaking. There is direct access to the villa's private port and boat house which holds kayaks, canoes, a small catamaran and speed boat. There are also nearby horse-riding schools, 18-hole golf courses, tennis courts, restaurants along the marina, wonderful, daily food markets and clothing and jewellry markets in the evenings. St Raphael is situated to the far east of the Var department of the Provence-Alpes-Cote d'Azur in the south of France. It lies approximately half way along the coast between Cannes and St Tropez and is flanked by Frejus to the west.
St Raphael has four, large, sandy beaches all within a ten minute drive including Veillat, Boulouris, Le Dramont and Agay. The commune is almost entirely situated upon the Esterel Massif which is renowened for its picturesque coastlines, red soils and rocky seascapes.
