There is 400m2 of living space over 3 levels. All the rooms are very spacious and filled with lovely natural light. The main reception room opens onto an inviting terrace with outdoor dining and lounge areas, facing the superb swimming pool.
There are 2 bedrooms with en suite bathrooms on the top floor, including the master bedroom, with its large sun terrace facing the hills and capturing the sea panorama. It has a dressing room, study, and sitting area.
There are 5 bedrooms in total, each with its own en suite bathroom, terrace or garden access, and full air-conditioning. Two bedrooms are twin rooms each with 2 single beds.
The living area is very spacious, with an abundance of comfortable seating, large flat screen television, and selected artistic pieces throughout. This room opens onto the terrace where guests can enjoy meals al fresco on the large table and chairs for 8 guests, or laze in the stylish lounge area.
There is a spacious dining room with a setting for six, and the adjacent kitchen is fully equipped and opens onto the terrace facing the pool.

The garden is simply sublime, with a beautiful gazebo set amongst established palm trees and lush green surrounds. Close by is the large swimming pool, lined with sun lounges and a parasol for protection.
