A delightful 2 bedroom ‘Maison de Pecher’, Provencale waterfront cottage, situated in the Gulf of St Tropez on the western side of the Cote d’Azur in Port Grimaud.

This picturesque village is 5 kms from the famous Town of St Tropez. The property comes complete with a 12m mooring at the bottom of the garden where your own or hired boat can be kept. Port Grimaud is made up of a network of canals, stone bridges, tree lined streets and squares making this unique among resorts on the Cote d’Azur.

Within Port Grimaud every property is different and all are painted in Pastel colours which warm up in the sun. The property is situated in a quiet cul-de sac complete with its own security gate. Within easy walking distance are the beaches, shops, water sports, tennis, sailing, restaurants and a typically French market square (markets twice a week). Stop off at one of the many street cafes, enjoy a water taxi trip to St Tropez or simply while away a couple of hours in your own secluded garden.

Located in the beautiful village of Port Grimaud, the property has its own mooring for a 12m boat. It is about a 5 minute walk from town centre and 8 mins from the beach, two mins in the boat. St Tropez is either 8 mins on the boat or by ferry.
