This elevated villa of 250m2 is situated close to the charming old town of St Tropez, and boasts special views of the iconic Notre Dame church. The property is set on an impressive 2000m2 of manicured gardens, and features cosy interiors and alluring outdoors spaces, including a swimming pool, patio and terrace.
The villa is furnished with a pleasant mix of antique pieces and Provincial design. The living area has a very comfortable corner sofa upon which to relax and watch satellite television. There is another sitting area with matching sofa overlooking the patio and garden. At the centre of the room is a charming fireplace. There is a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, and a spacious dining room. The patio is simply superb for meals al fresco. At the back of the garden is the swimming pool that can be used all year round, thanks to a heating system.
Upstairs is the master bedroom, with ceiling fans, a double bed, sitting area, en suite bathroom, and a delightful terrace. From here, guests can enjoy breakfast in the sun while admiring views of St Tropez old town. Two other bedrooms are located on the upper level, each with a double bed and en suite bathrooms. There is also a large dressing room available.
The remaining 2 bedrooms are on the ground level, each furnished with 2 single beds and both featuring their own en suite bathrooms. There is air-conditioning in 3 of the 5 bedrooms.
