This luxuriously appointed family villa is situated in a panoramic seascape that covers the dramatic landscape from Cap Ferrat to Cap D'Ail. The stark blue sea is simply stunning and Ville Belle Vue manages to incorporate itself into the landscape rather than just observe it.

It also features some of the most prime examples of Belle Epoch architecture on the French Riviera making it one of the prettiest towns along the coast if not as ancient as neighbouring Villefranche.
