The apartment is a 'Coup de Coeur' for 2, the perfect romantic retreat. Breakfast on the beach, lunch on the beach and dinner on the beach. Not to mention the cocktails, BBQ's and lazy bottles of chilled Rosé you will share in this fantastic playground.

It's decorated in a modern simple style, it's easy to look after leaving you free to just enjoy your beach holiday. The apartment is only 200 metres from Eze Bord de Mer train station which opens up the entire riviera, if you could be bothered to ever leave this idyll.

The apartment is in the heart of the French Riviera. Eze Bord De Mer is a few minutes from Monaco to the East and a few minutes to Cap Ferrat and Villefranche to the West.
This is the main summer strip. The most incredible things about this location is amazing selection of sail and motor boats bobbing in the bay just beyond the beach and amazing dramatic rock backdrop to this beach makes it more like something imagined from a video game than a real location. "Eze is little forgotten corner of the French Riviera. Sheltered by towering mountains and with the perched old town the main attraction, the beach area feels like a sleepy corner.
Even though the French Riviera is a long ribbon of stunning sea orientated places there are very few places that are actually on the beach, or are affordable enough without having the deep pockets of a Russian oil tycoon.
This apartment looks too good to be true but it's wonderful. Open the door and you step onto the beach, you couldn't ask for more. Great place, great holiday, great apartment. "
"What a fantastic piece of paradise! The majestic views, the secluded beach, the clear blue sea- what a dream!! Cracking open those shutters every morning was truly breathtaking and reminded us how lucky we were to find such a hidden gem only a short distance (20 minute drive in either direction) between Nice and Monaco.
The apartment itself was very clean, spacious and has very recently been updated. We enjoyed many an evening just sitting with a bottle of wine in the dining area with the windows open watching and listen to the sea roll over the stony beach- just mesmerising.
The Kitchen area is minimal yet adequate with a hob, kettle, fridge and microwave oven. But with so many wonderful restaurants right on the sea front only a short distance- (a 40 minute stroll -with a lot of stops at interesting viewpoints along the way) along in Beaulieu sur Mer it was hard not to go out for dinner. Also, Nice and Monte Carlo are only a short distance 20mins on the incredibly cheap and reliable number 100 bus which runs right through the day and night- every 15 minutes- so there are plenty of options. There is a train station too just up in the village opposite the Bakery- which does a great coffee and croissant- so public transport really is not a problem! The railway line does run along the back of the apartment but to be honest it runs through a tunnel so you never hear it- a very, very, very faint rumble for less than 10 seconds maybe but it really truly wasn't noticeable at all.
One of our favourite days was the day we just spent at the apartment soaking up the sun, reading a book and swimming in the warmth of the beautiful Mediterranean Sea (Recommend bringing your snorkel cause there are lots of little interesting fish swimming around too). A truly magical place to be. "
