From here you have a view of the whole of the bay, the mountains beyond, and a small marina to your right!
There is a secure car-parking place upstairs above the building.
(Please note: part of the road immediately outside this property is narrow and downhill, and it is therefore not possible to reach the parking place with very large vehicles like a 4x4. Small to medium cars however are not a problem)

The apartment is in the heart of the French Riviera. Eze Bord De Mer is a few minutes from Monaco to the East and a few minutes to Cap Ferrat and Villefranche to the West.
This is the main summer strip. The most incredible things about this location is amazing selection of sail and motor boats bobbing in the bay just beyond the beach and amazing dramatic rock backdrop to this beach makes it more like something imagined from a video game than a real location. Fantastic!
