The terrace is south-facing, directly overlooking the sea and is teak-decked. Table, chairs, sun-awnings and plants are all provided on the terrace to make this a luxurous retreat. Watch the boats on Eze Marina, or enjoy views over the bay of Eze Bord de Mer. There is a secure car-parking place upstairs on the roof of the building. (Please note: part of the road immediately outside this property is narrow and downhill, and it is therefore not possible to reach the parking place with a very large vehicle like a 4x4. Small to medium cars however are not a problem.)
