This exclusive villa, located in the heart of the Cote d’Azur between Nice and Monaco, is situated on a quiet road overlooking the Bay of Eze. It is ideally located along a quiet cul-de-sac away from the crowds but it is just a short walk to the beach, shops and waterfront restaurants.
This luxurious villa comprises three floors which have original, teak, wooden flooring in all the main areas. The rooms are all bright and spacious with modern décor, reversible air-conditioning and virtually every room has stunning panoramic sea views. The main living area has comfortable L-shaped sofas where you can escape from the sun during the day or relax in the evenings. There is a terrace located off the living area with a dining table and seating for eight guests.
The living room leads into the fully equipped Italian designed kitchen, with a dining table and seating for six guests and leads onto a small terrace with a table and seating for two. The dining room has a large dining table with panoramic views looking out over the Bay of Eze. There are five double bedrooms all with ensuite Philippe Starck bathrooms.
The master bedroom covers the entire top floor. This luxurious master suite has a walk-in dressing room as well as an ensuite bathroom and includes a private terrace overlooking the bay. The terrace has two sun loungers, a table, parasol, sofa and additional seating. Three of the bedrooms are on the pool level and open onto the main sun terrace and the final bedroom is on the ground floor. The villa also has a TV room, internet facilities and a laundry / storage room.

The main sun terrace hosts the infinity-edge pool and has four sun loungers, tables and a parasol. There is also an outdoor shower. The terrace leads to the Mediterranean pine trees in the beautifully landscaped gardens where you can relax and marvel over the view. This villa also features centralised electric shutters, electric gates with an intercom and alarm. Villa Riviera is located in the heart of the Cote d'Azur, overlooking the Bay of Eze. It is located between Nice and Monaco on the Base Corniche, just 25 minutes from Nice Airport.
Heading east along the coast from Nice towards Menton, Eze stretches from Cap Roux to Cabuel Point. It is an ideal base for exploring the Riveria (approximately 10km (15mins) from Monaco, 12km (20mins) to Nice, 20km (30mins) to Menton, 55km (45mins) from Cannes and less than a 2 hour drive to St. Tropez. It is also an ideal location for those attending the Monaco Grand Prix. It is just a short walk from the villa down to Eze beach and a variety of waterfront restaurants.
The beach along the 'Baie d'Eze' is easily accessible and is shaded by pine-trees which run almost right down to the water's edge. There are also 610 ha of forest park close by. Alernatively, you can explore Eze village which is a beautiful, Medieval village, elevated 1,400 ft above sea level. Centred around the ruins of a 12th century castle, the entrance between the two lookout towers of the ancient fort walls brings you into its cobblestone lanes and alleys, that run along restored stone houses with pretty window boxes, and lead through archways, and into shaded squares and narrow streets of arts and craft boutiques, galleries and terraced cafes.
There is a beautifully restored clock tower in the centre and you can visit the exotic gardens of the Jardin Botanique d’Eze where there are stunning views of the Mediterranean and coastline.
