This immaculate villa is located in the beautiful hills above the charming village of Eze. The ultimate in modern design, this superb property has four bedrooms and sleeps up to eight guests. An attractive infinity pool, flanked on three sides by bathing terraces with luxurious sun loungers while the other side of the pool faces the breathtaking Mediterranean with the hills of Eze also in view.
A luxurious terrace complete with summer kitchen and dining/lounge area is accessed from the upper floor and once again offers beautiful sea views. Inside, at garden level is an open-plan, spacious living room which is beautifully furnished with modern touches and leads to a fully equipped, state of the art kitchen with a dining area which seats up to eight guests. Huge window walls run the entire length of the living/dining area offering panoramic views of the Mediterranean.
There are three bedrooms; two doublerooms and a twinroom, all of which are located on the garden level, boast sea views and ensuite access. The upper level has a double bedroom with stylish interiors, an ensuite bathroom, sea views and access to an elegant, private terrace. The luxurious qualities this villa has to offer coupled with its picturesque location, with access to Eze and Monaco within minutes is the ideal location for a relaxing break in the south of France.

This villa is located in the beautiful hills above the charming village of Eze in the Alpes-Maritimes department of south eastern France.
Eze could be accurately described as a hidden paradise forgotten by time with its hilltop location and encircled by village walls. Features of old architecture and representations of traditional culture line the narrow cobbled streets with many stone stairways and passageways also visible.
Eze is divided in two between the splendour of the mountains which encompass the heart of the old town while a short stroll along the pedestrian passage way will lead to the coastal area of the village with its beautiful beaches and waterside activities.
The villa is located a mere ten minute drive from one of the Riviera’s most prestigious towns; Monte Carlo in the regal principality of Monaco while Nice airport is only twenty minutes away, adding to this property’s accessibility.
