The villa is situated along a private road with parking available to the front. The interiors of the villa are the perfect balance of contemporary, luxurious elegance. The lounge is particularly impressive with large white couches, satellite HD television and access to the front and back terraces through the sliding doors.
The kitchen is very large, modern and fully fitted. What makes this kitchen all the more special is the barbeque terrace. This is one of three beautiful terraces with a full-sized barbeque, a dining table and stunning sea views. There are three bathroom in total, two of which are ensuite with a bath/shower, the third is ensuite with a shower and there is also an additional guest toilet.

Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is bustling with life and there are many local activities in which to partake such water-skiing, tennis, swimming, paragliding, fishing, golf or there is even a nearby zoo. Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is a commune of the Alpes-Maritimes department in southeastern France. It is situated on a beautiful peninsula along the Mediterranean coastline, close to Beaulieu-sur-Mer and Villefranche-sur-Mer. Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat is considered to be one of the crown jewels of the French Riviera thanks to its peaceful location, warm climate and stunning views, all of which have attracted many celebrities over the years. It has three lovely beaches, Paloma beach, Passable beach and Cro de Pei Pin as well as the Botancial Gardens and a zoo. The Port and Marina offer a wide variety of bars and restaurants. This area is especially beautiful at night.
The location is ideal for exploring the French Riviera. There is a bus service running through Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat from Nice's central bus station. Beaulieu and Villefranche are just one mile away and the villa is situated close to the Maurice Rouvier coastal path linking Saint-Jean-Cap-Ferrat to Beaulieu. The Principality of Monaco is also just a short drive away along the the beautiful coastline and Nice International Airport is just 9 miles away.
