This is a traditionally styled decorated modern villa in one of the most important locations on the Riviera. The ambiance of the villa is one of homeliness and warm comfort, a place to relax with family and friends in a beautiful and quiet location.

The villa has 4 bedrooms, all of them are large and airy. The entire front of the villa is practically a glass wall, surrounded by balconies which brings the stunning scenery directly into each room of the villa.

There is a jewel-like heated swimming pool which has an excellent safety barrier to protect small children, a snooker table and comprehensive outdoor furniture.

The villa is located 4 miles from Nice and is on the sea beside Cap Ferrat and Beaulieu sur Mer. It is central and convenient..... only 200 metres from the centre of Villefranche village and a 9 minute walk to the port. A car is not necessary except for heavy grocery shopping. The train station is within walking distance (1 stop to Nice). Monte Carlo is a 15 minute drive. This is probably the best part of the Cote D'Azur.Villa Villefranche View in Villefranche Sur Mer is ideally situated for the perfect holiday. It is walking distance from all amenities, restaurants, beaches and shops. It is a short stroll to the old town and the train.
