As you walk in the apartment door you will immediately see the modern and high specification finish that makes this property so appealing. Through the front you will be met by a double living room with dining area and lounge. Its decor is a chic white and black with sassy pink dining chairs and glass table. This open plan room from dining to lounging then opens out onto the balcony where your alfresco dining option awaits. An easy place to unwind with a glass of something cold and take in the scenery. It has awning so you can choose between shade or sunshine.
The separate kitchen is fully equipped and with its own breakfast table. Both bedrooms are doubles, one with ensuite. There is also a separate bathroom with shower.

This apartment is in a peaceful location 1km from the amenities of the quaint fishing village of Villefranche and just 2km from the sandy beach. You could take advantage of the garage by hiring a car but if staying local why not use the pretty pathways to take you down to the waterfront. Once you are there you can head straight to laze on the beach, indulge in fresh seafood supper or splash out in one of the individual boutiques. It has a distinctly medieval feel to this still very French village and there are a few historical sights to take your interest as you stroll around the streets.This building is secure and gated and set in pretty landscaped gardens. It features a large balcony with an awning to appreciate the beautiful views over Villefranche Bay and the affluent Cap Ferrat. Venturing out of Villefranche is easy by bus or train making day trips stress-free to the likes of Eze, Nice or Monaco.
