This lovely 50 square metre apartment is laid out as follows : entrance + closet / living room with American open plan kitchen leading to a spacious terrace of 16 square metres.
There is a corridor which leads to the bedroom, bathroom and separate toilet..
The apatrment is very sunny (south west facing)- with a sea view which has a panorama of Mont Boron and Nice.
The apartment is on the 3 rd floor or a 4 floor residence with a lift, all recently renovated and equipped. There is a new kitchen and bathroom - private parking - One bedroom + one sofabed.

The apartment is very pleasant also in winter, possibility to have lunch in the sunny terrace in winter..very beautiful sunset on the deckchairs.. 5 mn from Nice, 10 mn from the beaches, 20 mn from Monaco and 30 mn from Italia. Enjoy your holidays !!
Villefranche sur Mer Corne d'Or - very chic area up to St Jean Cap Ferrat, Moyenne Corniche 5 mn from Nice entrance. 20m from Monaco and 30 mn from Italia. The area is very residential. This is a secured residence with own priate parking. The apartement is 3rd floor with lift. (3/4)
