This fully equipped one-bedroom apartment is located in a luxury private residence in the beautiful town of Villefranche-sur-Mer, situated just between Nice and Monaco.
This is a 1-bedroom property which will comfortably sleep 4 guests. A large shared swimming pool is available to you all summer long, and there is a private terrace with a small sea view leading off from the open-plan dining and living area.
The apartment is located 500 meters from the centre of the village and all conveniences and 900 meters from the sunny sand and pebble beaches and the Port.
The beaches are family-friendly with shops selling beach and snorkel gear. If you are more adventurous, take a boat trip, or pack a picnic and head to the hills to watch the sunset. In the evening, enjoy eating out at one of the many restaurants, or head to the open-air cinema.
This apartment has a lovely, bright kitchen with a ceramic cook top, oven, microwave oven, and a dishwasher. There are plenty of food shops within walking distance so that you can prepare your own meals in comfort.

The living room and dining area are open-plan with plenty of room for 4 people. Located in the living area is a sofa bed that sleeps two guests. The bedroom has a double bed and storage for clothes and shoes. There is washing machine in the bathroom which is very convenient, and a separate toilet.
Included in this rental is a private parking space. This is particularly handy if you have your own car to get out and about to explore the region surrounding Villefranche. Imagine only being a 30-minute drive from the Italian border where you can enjoy taking a day trip to the vibrant San Remo markets.
The apartment is a 5-minute walk from the centre of the village and about 10 minutes from the family friendly sand and pebble beaches in La Darse.
Visit Cap-Ferrat, Monaco or even Italy which is only 30 minutes away by car.
If you like fresh food, you will love Villefranche's outdoor markets that are held throughout the week selling fruit, meat, fish, fresh baked breads and croissants in the Promenade de l'Octroi and Charles II d'Anjou square, and on Sundays you can browse through the charming flea market full of beautiful antiques in the Amélie Pollonnais Square and in the François Binon garden.
