The pictures shown here are of the top floor of the building pre-renovation which is on one of Villefranche Sur Mer's most exclusive streets. The property is surrounded on all sides by the holiday residences of the rich and famous and many celebrities are to be seen around the area. One of the favourite features of Villefranche Sur Mer is the proximity of the Marina at Port de la Darse which makes this villa a fabulous base from which to enjoy a sailing holiday. There are usually visitor berths available and if you don't have your own craft, there are motor boats for hire 100m from the apartment. The villa will be very suitable for those who would like to live in the lap of luxury while not have to drive any long distances for anything. Villefranche has very famous restaurants and lots of boutiques, the beach is one of the safest and it supervised by lifeguards and local police. The train and local taxis can take you into Nice or Monaco for the late night partying or department store shopping, even gambling in the Casino! The Location
The apartment is located in the best view in the French Riviera. It has no compare. You will be literally a few steps from the water and a few steps up the street to the left is the lovely sandy beach of Villefranche. Outside your back door is the warren of historical streets that charm all those who visit them. |
