Nice en Roller is an event given over to roller-bladers for two days in the summer months. An annual event, it takes place in June 2008 in Nice.
The location is the Promenade des Anglais and the course opens at 9.30am on a Sunday morning. The course is laid out over 2.5km and is open to all.
You can expect to see family entertainment with skating Disney characters and freestyle skating demonstrations by the experts.
There is also racing scheduled for the French national cup with practice sessions in the morning and racing from 11.30 until 12.30.
The event is organised by 'Nice Roller Attitude' and is designed to open up the world of roller skating to all and sundry. A fun event to get involved with or to just watch the antics and acrobatics in the sunshine on Nice's famous Promenade des Anglais.
