LADY GA GA IS POKER FACED IN MONTE CARLO

Chart topping songstress Lady Ga Ga has hit the number one spot on the British charts for the second time in short succession. Her new single from The Fame album, called Poker Face, played very well in the Monte Carlo Grimaldi forum in Monaco, a town that is no stranger to gambling.

Lady Ga Ga has been accompanying the glamourous girl group The Pussycat Dolls on their Doll Domination tour. The glittering collective of pops finest finished a long run of European tour dates in the French Riviera hot spot with a concert on the 17th February 2009 in the Grimaldi forum. The glamourous city welcomed the bombshell singer who burst onto the scene last year with her début hit single 'Let's dance'.

Never have a location and a performer been so perfectly matched as the 23 year old Lady Ga Ga has no fear of showing her glamourous side. She claims to draw her fashion and musical influences from the kings of glam rock Bowie and Queen as well as retro fashions from the 70's and 80's.

Lady Ga Ga's rise to world domination, let alone Doll Domination, continues with a scheduled appearance on the television show American Idol this week on April 1st 2009. American Idol draws audiences of more than 40 million viewers each week and is probably the largest launch platform in the pop world today.
