 The heat generated by the hot superstar attendees of the annual NRJ music awards was enough to ward of the winter chills in Cannes last Saturday. The French music awards take place in Cannes every year and is always attended by some of the worlds biggest stars.
Shakira, a regular winner, was in attendance again this year as well as teen heart-throb Justin Bieber. Also not missing out on the action were international rock stars Coldplay, seductive crooner Seal, hipster DJ David Guetta and perky popstrel Mika.
Collecting awards were Adele for International Revelation of the year and International Song of the year, Rhianna for International Female Artist, Mika for International Male Artist.
French stars were also out in force including Miss France 2012 Delphine Wespiser. It was, however, French star Shy'm, proving that she is anything but, who stole the show and upstaged our usual international favourites. The newly crowned Francophone Female artist of the Year showed that once again clothes can maketh the woman when she wore a risqué and stunning see through dress.
A tactic that has been successfully employed by the likes of Madonna, Jennifer Lopez and Elizabeth Hurley, who have all had career boosting wardrobe moments.
