What are the basic requirements of me, a property owner, for listing my property on your site?
A
We ask very little of owners who list on our site. Firstly, as we operate a live reservation system, we ask that you keep your availability calendar up-to-date. Secondly, we ask that your property is well maintained, well furnished and well managed. Thirdly, we ask that you don't misrepresent your property in any way. I am an agent, am I allowed list multiple properties on your site?
A
Our innovative system is designed to work equally well for individual property owners and agents alike and there are no restrictions or differences in property partner accounts. If you operate multiple units which are very similar in nature, please contact us and ask us to enable MPF for your property. Our Multiple Property Functionality (MPF) is designed to combine many units into a single listing.

I'm having trouble logging in to my property partner account?
A
Once you can remember your e-mail address that you signed up with, you can easily get back into your property partner account. From the partner login page, click on the 'Forgotten your username?' link, from there, enter in your e-mail address. Your username will then be e-mailed to you. Then, click on the 'Forgotten your password?' link, from there, enter in your username. A new password will then be e-mailed to you. As we do not have access to the human-readable version of your password for security reasons, we regret that your original password cannot be sent to you.

How much does it cost to list my property on your website?
A
Listing your property on any of the websites in our network is free. Please click on 'Partners' in the main menu and sign-up for an account now to get started.

How do I list my property on your site?
A
From any page on the site, click on the 'Partners' link in the main menu. From there, click the 'Create Partner Account' link. You will then be asked to provide some personal details (which are never shared and which are only used by us to administrate your property listings). Once your account is created, you can begin creating as many property listings as you wish, all free of charge.

Can I purchase premium advertising space on your site?
A
No. We don't sell advertising space on our site. Everything that is on the site is there because we feel it is of value to our customers. Paid advertising space is likely to dilute this value.

I have multiple properties in a building that are very similar, should I list them all or just one?
A
You should just list the property once. If the properties don't have the same price, same aspect, same view and same furnishings then consider listing them individually. To have advanced multiple property functionality enabled for a particular property, please contact us.
Our multiple property functionality allows you to specify the number of physical units that a listing represents, name each of the physical units (e.g. Apartment 304, 404, 504 &c.) and then manage each property's availability separately. The availability shown on the website is an amalgamation of each physical unit's availability.
We have found that this functionality is very popular with owners and agents of large buildings as it means that only one set of descriptions, pictures, directions, check-in instructions need to be maintained.
